Guest rooms at The Lake House B&B open on to the covered, colonial style veranda and have spectacular views of Lake Rotorua and Mokoia Island. Enjoy our very comfortable queen beds, lovely linen and fluffy towels. There is zoned, under floor heating for your comfort. We have 2 rooms to choose from and a family package.

Tahi is spacious, with a queen bed and ensuite shower room facilities.  Great for honeymooners or that special occasion.

Rua is charming with queen bed and  ensuite facilities.

          Double occupancy: $210
          Single occupancy:  $180                    

Family Packages

The Ships Cabin is a bunk room adjacent to Rua and is available for children whose parents are accommodated in Rua.

Children have use of a private family bathroom.

This room is not included in the booking system, please e-mail your requirements.

Tahi Triple-it is possible to add a single bed in Tahi Room to make it a triple for those parents wanting children to sleep in with them.

                                                  Triple:  $285

Babies are also welcome at The Lake House at no extra cost. There is ample room  in Tahi for your portable cot. A high chair is available if required.
