Guest rooms at The Lake House B&B open on to the covered, colonial style veranda and have spectacular views of Lake Rotorua and Mokoia Island. Enjoy our very comfortable queen beds, lovely linen and fluffy towels. There is zoned, under floor heating for your comfort. We have 2 rooms to choose from and a family package. As there is so much to see and do in Rotorua we operate a minimum 2 night stay policy.

Tahi is spacious, with a queen bed and ensuite shower room facilities. There is TV in the room with Freeview channels.

Rua is charming with queen bed and  ensuite facilities incorporating a shower over the bath.

Family Packages

The Ships Cabin is a bunk room adjacent to Rua and is available for children whose parents are accommodated in Rua. Children have use of a private family bathroom.

Tahi Triple-it is possible to add a single bed in Tahi Room to make it a triple for those parents wanting young children to sleep in the room with them.

Triple Rate  $295

Babies up to 18 months are also welcome at The Lake House at no extra cost. There is ample room  in Tahi for your portable cot. A high chair is available if required.
