At the Lake House Bed and Breakfast Rotorua, we are committed to protecting your privacy. You can travel throughout our website without giving us any information about yourself.  

Your Personal Information If you choose to make a booking through our secure booking system “bookit”  we do not receive details of your credit card information, your money is held in a trust account.  Should you wish to make a booking direct with us by email, again we will never ask for your credit card details, You will be asked to pay on departure by either; cash or through a secure online payment  portal by either mastercard or visa.  We will never release your details to any third party unless you expressly instruct us to make a third party booking on your behalf, and then, we will only release details of your name and Country of origin. 

Use of your Personal Information We only use your personal information to help us to service your requirements to best effect.
