If you are visiting us from either; the central plateau, Taupo or Napier you should not miss Huka Falls and the 'free mud pool' by Wai-U-Tapu and consider visting Wai-U-Tapu thermal wonderland.

If you are visiting us from the Coromandel Peninsular, consider travelling via Marine Parade Mt Maunganui, the walk around the Mount is spectacular and takes around an hour. Also consider visiting Okere Falls in Trout pool Road, Okere Falls. The falls, at 7m, are the highest commercially rafted falls in New Zealand.

If you are visiting us from Auckland you can go via Hamilton or Matamata. Matemata has slightly less traffic, consider visiting Hobbitville in Matemata on the way. If you travel via Hamilton, look in on Hamilton gardens and Cambridge is a lovely place to stop for a coffee.
